Vegas Cookies started with a simple, slightly unhealthy belief: a cookie should be big, gooey, and worth driving across town for. So we set out to bake exactly that — fresh, from scratch, every single morning.

We were tired of sad, thin, store-shelf cookies. So we went the other way entirely — oversized, hand-scooped, stuffed and swirled, and baked just until the center stays soft.
Every batch is made from scratch with real butter, real chocolate, and real vanilla. No freezing, no shipping from far away, no shortcuts. Just warm, ridiculous cookies, baked right here in Las Vegas.

Each cookie is hand-scooped to roughly a half-pound. We don't really know how to make a small one.
We rotate the menu every week so there's always a new flavor to crave — and a reason to come back.
Real butter, real chocolate, real vanilla. The good stuff, in generous amounts, every time.

We treat every tray like it matters — because someone's about to bite into it. That means scooping by hand, watching the bake, and pulling them at the exact right gooey moment.
It's not the easy way to make a lot of cookies. It's just the only way we know how to make good ones.
